In August of 2009, the biggest automated biscuit-making plant in the Philippines flipped on the switch and began operating. Monde MY San which is the baker and maker of the renowned Sky Flakes crackers, initiated this milestone to design and build its 66,177 m2 modernized, efficient, and GMP-compliant plant with RNFA project managers, architects, and engineers. The envisioned production capacity has attained a daily rate 20,000 cases of consistent high-quality Sky Flakes crackers.
This large-scale production facility sits in a 7 hectare property owned by Monde MY San and housed with the Carmelray Industrial Park. Carmelray is a well-established PEZA-accredited zone located in Calamba, Laguna in the Philippines.
